Contact WorldSportTalk

World Sport Talk is published by Leisure Media Group LTD in London. Whatever you need us for — a press list, an image library, a correction, a partnership, or a straight question about something we wrote — everything below reaches a person.

Editorial and press enquiries

The Editor
info@leisuretalk.net

This is the right address for federations, governing bodies, tournament organisers, clubs, teams and press offices. We read everything that arrives here and we reply.

If you run a press office, this is what we are asking for

  • Press-release distribution. Add info@leisuretalk.net to your media list. We would rather work from your own announcements than from someone else’s summary of them.
  • Editorial image access. Access to your media library or photo archive for editorial use, credited exactly as you specify. We do not crop out credits, we do not hotlink, and we do not pass images on.
  • Media accreditation, where our coverage of your competition justifies it. We are happy to start at regional and tier-two events rather than opening with a request for your biggest week of the year.

If it is easier to point us at a self-service media portal, that works too — tell us where it is and we will register properly rather than scraping anything.

Corrections

Sport is a facts business. Records, dates, transfer fees, scorelines and finishing positions are all checkable, and our readers check them. We verify before we publish rather than after — but we get things wrong like everybody else, and when we do we would rather hear about it quickly.

Mail info@leisuretalk.net with the article and the specific claim. We correct the piece, and where the error was material we say plainly what was changed rather than editing quietly. A publication that will not admit an error has no business asking you to trust the other 99 per cent.

Partnerships, sponsorship and commercial

Same address — info@leisuretalk.net — with “partnership” in the subject line so it reaches the right desk quickly. If you want to see what we cover and who reads it before you write, the about page lays it out, and the World Sport Calendar shows where our attention goes over the season.

Readers

If you spotted something we missed, disagree with a conclusion, or want to argue about whether a mountain stage or a fifth set is the harder afternoon — write in. Reader mail is not a chore here; it is frequently where the next piece comes from. The same address reaches us.

For the newsletter, there is no need to mail anyone: the calendar page has the signup, and one mail arrives before each month with what is coming. To stop receiving it, reply to any issue with the word unsubscribe and it stops immediately.

Who publishes World Sport Talk

Leisure Media Group LTD
London, England, United Kingdom
info@leisuretalk.net

Leisure Media Group publishes a small group of independent editorial titles across sport, travel and wine. World Sport Talk is the sport title: analysis and background from across the international game, and a calendar that makes sure the events worth watching do not pass you by. More on what we are trying to do, and the standards we hold ourselves to, on the about page.
